Company Profile   T.J. Schell, LLC, Landscape Architects was created in 2002 as an independent consulting team. Our primary focus is landscape architectural services, arborist consulting services, land planning, and construction management for commercial, municipal, institutional and residential developments throughout the State of Georgia. In addition, TJ Schell offers a full range of irrigation design services.   T.J. Schell Landscape Architects is a woman-owned and operated firm. We are pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) as professional consultants for landscape architectural services. We have also received certification from the GDOT as a Woman Owned Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (WBE). The principals, Teresa H. Eldredge, RLA, ASLA and Julia B. Schiebel, ASLA, share over 40 years of public and private sector experience in land development, land use planning, landscape design, permitting services, and construction management. Both principals are actively involved in projects and have direct contact with clients. A wide range of experience enables our team to understand not only design, but the total land development process from the conceptual stage to the construction stage.   At T.J. Schell, we share the common goal of delivering high-quality work in a timely manner. Our emphasis is service, reliability, respect and integrity. These standards are basic to the way we do business. Our client base consists of various engineering firms, architecture firms, land surveyors, municipalities, contractors, and developers. Schell has been privileged to provide consulting services in numerous municipalities and counties throughout the state of Georgia. These include, but are not limited to: Carroll, Cherokee, Cobb, DeKalb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, and Rockdale Counties as well as the Cities of Alpharetta, Atlanta, Camilla, East Point, Newnan, Riverdale, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Woodstock, Marietta, Kennesaw, Smyrna, Powder Springs and Peachtree City.   Our firm actively participates in the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) as full members.
