The Weather Channel Studio Addition

Weather Channel project included a building addition as well as a new sidewalk that was constructed to connect two existing sidewalks and retrofit for total ADA compliance. The adjacent landscape was converted from a majority of fescue sod to ground cover to meet LEED Irrigation requirements. In addition, the landscaping was designed to integrate existing mature trees into the new planting design. Strict adherence to installation details and proper maintenance procedures helped to achieve this successful project.
