T.J. Schell, LLC, Landscape Architects was created in 2002 as an independent
consulting and design service team. Our primary focus is landscape architectural services,
arborist consulting services, permitting and construction management for commercial,
municipal, institutional and residential developments throughout the State of Georgia.
Beginning in 2008, we added grant writing and subsequent grant administration to our
services utilizing our extensive experience working with municipalities and various
government agencies
We listen carefully to the client’s vision in order incorporate all project needs as well as realize
milestones. At T.J. Schell, we share the common goal of delivering high-quality creative work in
a timely manner. We strive to find the balance that offers our client a professional and
environmentally sensitive project while fitting into both the budget and schedule. Our emphasis

the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) as professional consultants for landscape
architectural services. We have also received certification from the GDOT as a Woman Owned

Teresa’s work is guided by a strong desire to define a project’s sense of place. She works diligently to understand the vision of a project and take it from its inception to completion either independently or as a team member. Whether small or large, simple or complex, her ultimate goal is to help create and implement projects that realize a balance of visual identity and environmental sustainability.
