Mountain View Library Building Addition and Parking Lot Reconstruction

T.J. Schell, LLC, Landscape Architects provided design services for the Mountain View children’s library expansion in Northeast Cobb County. T.J. Schell’s scope of work included a tree protection and replacement plan for permitting a totally reconstructed parking lot as well as a landscape design plan for the building addition. The master landscape design plan incorporated streetscape plantings along Sandy Plains Road as well as parking lot trees and shrubs. It was designed to achieve the goals of low maintenance and drought tolerance while providing a safe and attractive environment for all library visitors.
