TJ SCHELL, LLC, Landscape Architects is part of the team for the Ga. Aquarium dolphin exhibit expansion in Atlanta, Georgia. TJ Schell’s scope of work includes a complete planting plan for the plaza area on the western portion of the site as well as a planting plan for a temporary sidewalk along the eastern boundary of the site. Because of planting area constraints, the owners of the contiguous World of Coca Cola have allowed mitigation planting on an open portion of their property. TJ Schell is responsible for the coordination of all design and permitting for this landscaped area as well. All planting plans comply with the City of Atlanta Tree Ordinance and are currently under construction. Contract Administration for landscape installation is also included in the scope of this project.
